Use case · Packaging

Turn every box you ship into a sales channel.

Your packaging reaches every customer, at the moment they're happiest with you. A dynamic QR code on the box or an insert turns that moment into a reorder, a review or a newsletter signup — and TrackQr shows which one works.

What to put behind the code

Reorder in one scan

An add-to-cart code opens a cart with the product already in it. Ideal for coffee, cosmetics, supplements and anything people run out of.

Care guide or how-to video

A campaign page with a video block and a FAQ answers questions before they become support emails or returns.

Ask for a review

Point the code to your review page. When you switch review apps, change the destination — not the boxes.

Next-order offer

A promo code applied automatically, or an email capture block handing out a unique reward code to each new subscriber.

Growth plan

Set it up in TrackQr

  1. 1

Create a QR code of type Add to cart (reorders) or point it to a campaign page (guides, reviews, offers).

  2. 2

Name it after the placement — “Box insert · Coffee 250 g” — and create one per product line so you can compare them. Bulk creation does it for the whole catalog (Starter).

  3. 3

Add your logo and colors, then download SVG or PDF files for your packaging printer (Starter).

  4. 4

Activate the codes and scan a printed proof before the full run.

What to watch

  • Scans per product line: which boxes get opened and scanned
  • Repeat orders attributed to each code (Growth)
  • Scans over time: how long after delivery customers come back

Print tips for packaging

  • Say what the scan gives: “Scan to reorder in 10 seconds” beats a bare code.
  • Inside the lid is seen at unboxing; outside the box is seen by everyone who handles it.
  • Avoid folds, seams and tight curves, and keep at least 2 × 2 cm plus a white margin.

Any plan works to start. Starter adds your design, SVG/PDF files and bulk creation; Growth adds the orders and revenue per code. See pricing

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the offer after the boxes are printed?

Yes. The code on the box points to TrackQr, so you can change the destination, the discount or the campaign page whenever you want.

Can I create one code per product automatically?

Yes, with bulk creation (Starter and Growth): one code per product, variant or collection, or from a CSV file. Download them all as a ZIP or as print sheets.
