Information We Collect
We may process account information, store details, campaign settings, QR destination URLs, scan events, device signals, timestamps, approximate location information, and analytics needed to operate the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide QR code generation, dynamic redirects, campaign analytics, support, security monitoring, product improvement, and compliance with legal obligations.
Shopify Data
When Track QR is used with Shopify, we only access the data required to install, authenticate, and provide the app experience. Store data is used to operate Track QR features and is not sold.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Merchants may request deletion of eligible data.
